Polygonmachine PCW Series Coarse Material Washers are engineered for the rigorous washing of gravel, crushed stone, and coarse aggregate materials.
Designed to remove clay lumps, dust, light organics, and surface contaminants, the PCW Series ensures clean, high-quality aggregates suitable for concrete, asphalt, and base material applications.
Using a dual or single screw configuration, these washers transport material through a water-filled tank, allowing the heavier cleaned aggregate to sink and move upward, while unwanted lightweight materials overflow from the weirs.
